I was a little skeptical looking at similar products here and seeing the reviews stating the wire gauge was smaller than advertised, but decided to get this one anyway.

I compared the wire gauge size to some knukonceptz wire and yes there is more insulation and therefore the wire is smaller but not by a lot. I would say the wire thickness is more like 5 gauge. I still believe it is adequate for my needs. And really the knukonceptz wire seems too big as it doesn't fit in my 4 gauge crimp connectors without modification.

The fuse holder is on the cheaper side but works fine. The kit included everything I needed and the speaker wire is marked with a stripe so you can identify which wire is +. It had more than enough wire protector for my needs and all the connectors I needed.

When I add a 2nd amp later I will be able to see how well the wire handles it but for now it's great and it's hard to beat the price.

One thing I could have used was a hex key for the fuse holder. It was a size that I didn't have, but not a big deal. -- A pretty decent kit.
